Google Play has more apps than App Store

Analytics company App Annie, which tracks app store data from Google Play and Apple's App Store confirmed that Google Play does have more apps than the iOS App Store. Google Play had nearly 300,000 more apps than the iOS App Store — a difference of about 17% — according to the company. appFigures doesn't speculate about the reason behind these changes in growth but there are likely a few factors at work. To Fight iPhone 6 Plus Xiaomi Launches Mi Note Phablet

The Chinese company recently launches Mi Note Phablet which is lighter, thinner and lighter than the iPhone 6+, but yet it has a larger screen. The Mi Note sports a 5.7-inch screen, with a Snapdragon 801 2.5 GHz processor powering it, alongside 3GB RAM. The 16GB version retails for 2,299 CNY, while the 64GB model is 2,799. There’s no word yet on when it will be available in Xiaomi’s overseas markets.
