Windows 10, the next iteration of Microsoft's OS that aims to create a unified experience across all the devices(PCs and laptops to tablets and phones). Microsoft already released several preview builds for computers, and now the first Windows 10 Technical Preview is available for phones.
Windows 10 design philosophy rests on the idea of a cohesive design, so that the user experience feels familiar. It also introduces a slight change to how you personalize the home screen. There's also a minor change to the app list that remains hidden off to the right of the home screen.
